Wills
Creating a will is an incredibly kind and important thing to do for your loved ones. To take away as much mystery and discomfort as possible, I typically offer a flat rate for simple wills and spend as much time with you as needed so that you feel good about the end result.
Mediation and Negotiation
Sometimes the best solution is not court. Litigation is often time-consuming, slow, expensive, and unpredictable. Private negotiations and mediation often allows parties to retain the most control over settling an issue. I enjoy helping my clients find efficient, affordable, creative resolutions outside of court
EMPLOYMENT LAW
I have experience litigating and negotiating employment law issues for employees and employers in court, administrative agencies, and private mediations and negotiations. If an employee believes he or she has been subjected to unlawful discrimination at work, I can help.
Family Law
Few things are as difficult for people as dealing with a family law matter. I understand your concerns and try very hard to make sure that I help my clients get through family court to a positive outcome while always keeping the big picture in mind- when kids are involved, they are the most important thing!
Contracts
Want to make sure your contracts are protecting you and your business to the fullest extent? Need help understanding a contract before you sign it? Believe that a party to a contract is in breach of that agreement? I have experience drafting, improving, and enforcing a variety of contracts.
Other Consultation
